Description

Exploration of relational leadership including self-awareness and development of leadership capacity. Students will explore their personal leadership values and the influence of leadership on workplace cultures, team dynamics and quality of health-care delivery.

Prerequisite(s): Admission to Leadership for Health System Transformation Certificate or Master of Nursing (thesis-based).

Antirequisite(s): Credit for Nursing 660 and 690 will not be allowed.
